Acceptance of Terms

Tekstac also offers a variety of services, such as personalized feedback, mentorship, discussion forum, ticketing support and assessments.

Permitted Use
You may use the Tekstac platform and services for your individual, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You agree not to use the platform or services for any illegal purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overload, impair the platform or services or interfere with other users' use of the platform or services.

User Content
You may create and upload content to the Tekstac platform, such as code snippets, comments, and forum posts. You agree to grant Tekstac a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your user content in connection with the Tekstac platform and services. Tekstac owns or has the right to use all intellectual property rights in the Tekstac platform and services. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sell, transfer, or create derivative works from the Tekstac platform or services without Tekstac's prior written consent.

The Tekstac platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Tekstac is not responsible for the content of any third-party website or service. You agree that Tekstac shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of any third-party website or service.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE TEKSTAC PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' TEKSTAC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE TEKSTAC PLATFORM OR SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TEKSTAC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TEKSTAC PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKSTAC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE TEKSTAC PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF TEKSTAC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tekstac, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tekstac platform or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Changes to the Policy
This policy may be modified as needed. If changes are made, we will notify you. Continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new policy.

Termination
Tekstac reserves the terminate or suspend your access to the Tekstac platform or services for non-compliance with the stated Terms.
